Details

We all have situations in our lives that are uncomfortable or frustrating. We will explore our role in the difficulty, and learn at least two different ways we can feel greater satisfaction in the situation. We'll have a demo or two with real situations, and practice on interactions in which we want to feel more ease.

Points

  • •- Exploring our own unmet needs in difficult situations.
  • •- Building our belief that both parties can get their needs met.
  • •- Practicing so we feel comfortable and confident in asking for what we want.

Who is it for?

People who have been to an Intro or are familiar with the 4-step NVC process.
People who are committed to bringing more honesty and harmony into their lives.
