   Nonviolent Communication (NVC) is a powerful framework for mutual understanding, conflict resolution and celebration. This one-day class will be interactive, providing hands-on training in the basic paradigm and skills in NVC. All proceeds will support Freedom Project's work of bringing NVC and Mindfulness into WA State prisons.
