   For educators seeking companionship, support and proven ways to create a caring, respectful, cooperative school environment. Meet with long-time educator & NVC trainer, Sura Hart, and with like-minded teachers, counselors, school administrators, to explore best practices and get support for challenging situations.

We will explore ways to shift from ineffective punishment-based discipline to practices that foster goodwill and willing cooperation, including:

- Group Agreements that really work
- Needs based curriculum
- Compassionate Communication in action
- Connecting circles, that foster belonging & compassion
- Restorative circles, to effectively resolve conflicts, and eliminate bullying.
