Explore creative and playful ways of cultivating presence, compassion, and connection with others and in groups. You will learn tools to facilitate deeply listening to one another in a way that allows for profound sharing and mutual learning. Through developing our sensory awareness as indicators of connection, this work supports increased authenticity with increased spontaneity and ability to take risks.
This class is taught by Zhaleh Almaee, who has taught and performed social change theater in many diverse settings. She applies theater for dialogue and reconciliation, and has a passion for Rites of Passage work. She is a member of the Poetic Justice Theater Ensemble and it is her intention to support lifestyles of joy and connection and help foster a culture of possibility. Doors open at 1:00 pm. Be ready to play at 1:30 pm. |
