   Marshall will share his elegent mediation process in which the mediator…
1. Helps disputants express their own and hear the other’s deep inner interests, positive intentions or universal needs
2. Helps disputants find the quality of connection to allow everyone’s needs to be met through willing, joyful giving
3. Helps disputants see and experience the possibility of all needs being met
4. Translates disputants' words into language that will help them be heard and more likely get what they want
5.  Clarifies communications so that the message sent by one disputant is the message received by the other.

We are offering Clock Hours.

Who is it for?

  Mediators, both formal and informal.
Persons wanting to add more choices to their own skills for helping others resolve their conflicts.
If you are unfamiliar with NVC, we suggest you read Marshall Rosenberg's book, Nonviolent Communication.
