   When we have situations in our lives that trigger pain or discomfort, we have options. We will explore our role in the difficult interactions, and learn different ways we can feel greater satisfaction in the situation. We'll have a demo or two with real situations, and practice on interactions in which we want to feel more ease.
We can work on past, present, or future concerns.
