   Join Karl Steyaert and Kathleen Macferran to explore both the internal and external dynamics of leading groups with compassion and clarity. We'll focus on personal styles, skills and learning edges; learn how to hold one's center under pressure;strategies to build cultures of trust and honesty; and how to manage conflict in ways that strengthen group connections.
