Details

Yes, we all have disappointments. AND if we didn't take things personally, we could accept, accommodate, live in peace with whatever is in our lives.
Let's take these two hours to delve into our celebrations and mournings and concerns about whatever comes up when we think about the year ahead.  Expect to feel heard around your values.
And let's work to understand how others are reacting to the impacts of work, family, the economy, and the future.

Points

  • •• Open communication about how the economy, our busy lives, our communication, and our dreams and goals impact the peace and compassion we feel and express.
  • •• Self-empathy for our own and others' unmet needs
  • •• Feelings and needs around our wishes to connect with people who matter to us, in a win-win way.
  • •• Clarity around what matters to us in 2011
  • •• Practices and exercises to make our communication

Who is it for?

Anyone who finds the thoughts of the year ahead  troublesome or less than wonderful to anticipate (or to let go of).
Anyone who wants to practice ways to be happy and to focus on what is working rather than what is not working in their lives.
