Details

Would you like to communicate authentically without giving up your values, and stay connected to yourself and others in the process?
Nonviolent Communication (AKA Compassionate Communication) offers simple yet powerful tools to move from conflict and discord to clarity and co-operation.  These tools have a 40-year track record of increasing peace in personal, professional, organizational and governmental relationships.
You will get a brief history of Nonviolent Communication, an overview of NVC basics, tenets, and philosophy, as well as lively discussion and possibly role-play.
