   When you know that everyone does the best they know how to try to meet their needs, and you work to connect with your and their needs, you can create win-win communication.  

Yes, we all have disappointments. AND if we didn't take things personally, we could accept, accommodate, live with whatever is in our lives.
Let's take these two hours to delve into our celebrations and mournings and concerns about whatever comes up when we think about the holidays and the year ahead.  Expect to feel heard around your values.
And let's work to understand how others are reacting to the impacts of the holiday season, the economy, and the future.

What to bring:

 

   Pen and paper and a desire to connect with our own and other people's needs around the holidays and the new year.

Online registration:

 

   If you wish to register more than one person please complete a separate registration for each person. You may make one payment under one person's name for all the people that you register. When you register the additional people covered by the initial payment, enter $0.00 as the payment amount for each of those people. Please put your name in the "comment field" when you register each of those other people so we will know who paid for them.
You will be able to select your donation amount on the next page. The requested donation is between $10.00 and $25.00.

The requested deposit is between $5.00 and $25.00.

  Anyone who finds the holidays or the thoughts of the new year troublesome or less than wonderful to anticipate (or to let go of).
Anyone who wants to practice ways to be happy and to focus on what is working rather than what is not working in their lives.

  Questions or concerns brought up during the holidays or as you think forward to the New Year.  Pen and paper.
