The Holidays can be challenging as we spend more time with family members, navigating the crowds, reflecting on the state of the world. Whatever it is like for you, it is definitely a time when communication skills and our connection with our values can be put to the test, and our compassion can run thin as stress runs high. If you would just like some connection, support in practicing, or some emergency empathy, then please join us!

Who is it for?

Anyone who has had some NVC experience and wants connection. This group will be facilitated by Evan based on the participants needs, desired level of participation, experience, and questions.

Tuition Details:

The tuition is between $5.00 and $20.00.
