   In this workshop you will be able to practice the art of navigating the inner path of relationship.  "When we find ourselves buffeted by the shriek of inner chatter self empathy can help to set our course back to the loving tack."  Come spend the weekend learning how to anchor yourself with self empathy and stay connected to yours and others needs and values.   This will be an experiential workshop where the activities will include theater based tools woven into NVC practice to enliven, embody and support the learning.  
Friday's talk-demo is free and open to everyone but is a prerequisite for those wanting to attend the weekend.
