   In our 10th year, TEACH FOR LIFE! draws educators from around the world to come together in a living laboratory to create a vibrant, compassionate classroom. Expect five days of a a nurturing retreat environment, renewing your spirit, reviving your compassion, deepening your capacity to teach and create compassionate learning communities. Expand your ability to live your values, listen deeply to yourself and to others, express yourself courageously, and have fun doing what you love. Who is it for?

  Educators with familiarity of NVC, from public & private schools, school administrators, home schoolers who want to expand your capacity to create vibrant, compassionate school communities. We especially encourage groups of 2 or more from a school to attend. See group discount information under Additional Tuition Information.

What to bring:

  For Northwest summer weather, bring comfortable clothes that can be layered, swim suit (if you like swimming in the cool, fresh Puget Sound).
You might enjoy having: flashlight, journal, musical instrument, poems, stories songs to share.

Tuition Details:

  

The tuition is: $950 plus $550 Rm/Bd - Options for Rm/Bd below

If tuition is not paid at time of registration, the minimum deposit is $300.00 with the remainder due by Jun 15, 2011.

A deposit of $300 will hold your place and help us make our deposits to the venue.  All payments can be made online via credit card, or mail by sending a check to 'Northwest Compassionate Communication'  Attn:  Cindy Foss, 815 Malia Way, Prescott, AZ 86303.  

EARLY REGISTRATION DISCOUNT:  Tuition discounted 20% ($760 instead of $950) if you register and make a deposit of $300 by May 15th.  

GROUP DISCOUNTS:  (for Tuition only) If $300 registration fee per person is paid by May 15th, you can qualify for the following group discounts:  2 people register together for 25% discount each;  three register - one free tuition;  four register - l free and one for 1/2 price tuition.  

ROOM & BOARD OPTIONS:  
ROOM:  $550  ($110 per night, meals & accommodations)
YURT CAMPING:  $375 ($75 per night, meals and towels/showers included)
TENT CAMPING:  $200 ($40 per night, meals and showers included)
COMMUTER:   Attend breakfast and lunch with group - $50 per day, dinner is an additional $16.

Cancellations and Refunds:

   Full refund of deposit, minus $50 administrative charge, until May 20th.  After May 20th, we'll return 1/2 of your deposit until June 15th.  Cancellations after June 15th:  you will receive a full refund, minus $550.
