Does NVC turn you off? Do you find the NVC steps awkward, stilted or pressuring? True confession: me, too! Come and learn to use the NVC concepts in a non-jargonish, authentic way. I will share concrete tools for overhauling both the honesty and empathy parts of the model into natural, inviting language.

Who is it for?

Those who have some familiarity with using the NVC tools--having attended an intro class or read Nonviolent Communication: A Language of Life
