There are times when all of us cling to the past — opportunities that have come and gone, dreams that were never fulfilled, people and things that we are now separated from. When our pain and disappointment about these unfulfilled potentials goes without acknowledgment, we are blocked from the possibilities of the present moment. Through this mourning ritual, based on Nonviolent Communication, we have the opportunity to connect with our grief, bringing us peace and acceptance.
The ritual will contain journaling, spoken sharing and listening in a guided structure. |
