Details

When we have compassion for ourselves we have more space in our heart for others. When we can self empathize, we gain the clarity for what we truly want. This awareness can give us the power to be present during difficult times.

Often the person who gives us the hardest time in life is oneself. We can get stuck in self-blame, judgment or regret. In this one day workshop we will learn to fully mourn our regrets with compassion and acceptance. We will learn skills of empathy and self-empathy when in a difficult situation. We will learn to translate judgments to the beauty of the needs underneath them.

Who is it for?

Anyone who has an introduction to Nonviolent Communication in some form.
