The language we use affects how we think, which in turn affects how we feel and act.  Dr. Marshall Rosenberg (international mediator, author, and educator) has developed a simple, yet radical, communication process with potential for changing how others hear and respond to us, changing the way we view others and ourselves, and changing the world.  

This 2 1/2 hour presentation offers the tools for you to start using immediately to:

* Listen empathically to others
* Bridge cultural differences
* Prevent and resolve conflict in relationships, in the world, and within yourself.
