This is the INFORMATION SESSION for the 2-month course starting in March 2010.

In this Information Session you will have the opportunity to tap into your hopes and dreams about your relationship with food.
You will explore your relationship with food and create a greater awareness about your patterns and beliefs regarding food and your health.
You will get more clarity about your physical and nutritional goals and gain a sense of what is possible!

This Information Session is a glimpse into our 2-month Eating by Choice and Not by Habit Course. This 2-month program integrates the psychosocial, emotional aspect of eating and the conscious intake of eating. Some of the resources include Sylvia Haskvitz’ book: ‘Eating by Choice and Not by Habit’, and the universal human needs consciousness based on Marshall Rosenberg’s Nonviolent Communication.
