   In this fun, interactive workshop led by Sarah Peyton and Janice Eng, you will  gain a working knowledge of how our brain structures interact when we connect with ouselves and each other.  We will experience how empathy integrates the nervous system, and learn tools to increase awareness and capacity to respond in difficult situations.  Through re-patterning and developing new neural pathways in our brain, we increase compassion and understanding for ourselves and others, and create even more fulfilling relationships and lives.

Who is it for?

  Anyone who would like to better understand Nonviolent Communication and would like to learn and experience how it affects Interpersonal Neurobiology.
