   This is a fun, basic introduction, led by Sarah Peyton, to learn how empathy integrates the nervous system and how tools of Nonviolent Communication (NVC) affects interpersonal neurobiology (IPNB) and moves us into greater clarity, choice and ease. With greater understanding of how our brain structures interact, we can have more choice with our responses, especially when triggered, and greater compassion for ourselves and others.
