”I have spent much of the last year working with individuals and groups, mainly in Universities and Communities, supporting them to work through and move on from conflictual experiences. I would like to share with you some of what I have learned. This has involved, for example, taking care of myself when I am challenged by a participant’s chosen strategies, and learning how to ‘hold’ the mediation process together, without seeking to control it. I anticipate that we will be meeting our needs for depth, healing and fun.” |
