Even if you have no serious problems in your relationship, you can enhance your abilities to inspire compassion in yourself and your partner.

If you feel stuck, conflicted or distanced, this workshop will help you to:
• Hear what’s really going on for your partner and yourself below the anger, frustration, sarcasm and silence
• Learn to empathize, not patronize
• Enhance compassion, empathy and deep listening
• How to say what’s “up” for you without judgment or blame
• Rediscover a heart connection, not just another solution.

During this two-day interactive retreat you will strengthen your natural ability and desire to respond to each others needs and requests.
