It's easy to put off difficult conversations. You're sad, angry, hurt or scared and find it easier to avoid the communication than to put out what you want with or from the other person. In this workshop, we'll explore what holds us back from clear and confident exchanges with the people in our lives.

Come prepared to learn and to practice saying what you want to say, in person, by letter or email, or by phone. I've helped several people with conversations and letters they were afraid to share without support in hearing and being heard. Let those unspoken words be spoken.
