Details

When we're out of sorts with ourselves or others, one way to get back to peace is to connect, not correct. In this class, we'll learn different tools for giving empathy to self and to others.

We'll translate our and others' pain and unmet needs into what we're noticing, feeling, wanting, and requesting. Our focus: inner and outer peace through our words and our intentions. We won't squash our feelings, but will listen to them and get clear on what we want to happen.

We'll access the part of us that is loving and supportive, whether our inner Mom or Child or Singer or Pilot or Traveler. With our imagination and commitment to being at peace, that part of us can hear and be heard.

Points

  • Finding our Inner Ally
  • Setting up that part of us as consistently available to us
  • Getting in touch with that Ally when we're less than happy
  • Practicing till it's 2nd nature to be in touch with the Ally

Who is it for?

Anyone who has occasional hard times getting out of a funk, getting back to their goals and intentions, feeling ok with how they are.
