This class is about expressing ourselves honestly in difficult situations.  All of us have felt sad, angry, hurt, scared, confused or other feelings we weren't comfortable and relaxed about. This is an opportunity to learn about Compassionate (Nonviolent) Communication and to get in touch with and practice connecting with our own and others' feelings and needs.

When you know both of you are simply trying to meet your needs by every action you take, it is easier to connect and be open. It may take practice to feel at ease. We can practice till  you feel confident and at ease.
