Would you like to deal with conflict more skillfully?  Be sensitive to others without giving up your own needs?  Deepen intimacy and have more ease in relating?

Nonviolent Communication (AKA Compassionate Communication) offers simple yet powerful tools to move from confusion and conflict to clarity and co-operation.  These tools have a 40-year track record of increasing peace in personal, professional, organizational and governmental relationships.

This interactive, introductory seminar will offer you a brief history of Nonviolent Communication, an overview of NVC philosophy, beginning-level practice and inspirational stories of how the tools improve daily life.  You will leave the session with concepts you can put to immediate use.

While the Radiant Relationships Seminar Series rests fully within the consciousness of NVC, I also incorporate tools from additional modalities, including The Work of Byron Katie, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), The Secret, Voice Dialogue and Core Transformation.

This RR 101 course completes the pre-requisite for Radiant Relationships 201: Basics Course.

Who is it for?

This course is open to everyone, especially those who want:
*An overview of NVC/The Radiant Relationships Seminar Series
