Our goal: Compassion for Past and Present Pain We'll notice how past hurts can impact us even now. We'll pay attention to what we've been telling ourselves about past, present and future situations. Then we'll give each person a chance to hear and be heard with compassion. The focus will be on practicing self-empathy. |
