Details

   I use a greeting ritual to help people to feel more comfortable with all of the people in the workshop, which helps them to share more deeply during the NVC (Nonviolent Communication) part of the workshop. All of the training is NVC specifically tuned to intimate communication and includes a process to give your lover a wonderful gift.

The 7 Stages of an Intimate Relationship comes from From The Future of Love, © 1998 by Daphne Rose Kingma. Learn the value of NVC for each stage.

The Five Love Languages comes from Gary Chapman's work that identifies five ways that people express and experience love and helps you understand your and you partner's needs for expressing love. Combined with NVC it provides a powerful means to keep your partners love tank full.
