Details

   Identifying feelings and needs in one's self and others, making clear,
"do-able" requests, using all 4 parts to resolve conflicts, saying "no"
in "giraffe". Anger; what's behind it and what to do about it. Also..offering
appreciation in "giraffe", mourning what we regret, and releasing our
"worry" tapes about it. How to set up and lead a practice group (for those
who want to continue on beyond the 6 weeks. Empathy and self-empathy
and work on some "real life" issues.

Session leader Patty Zeitlin has taught NVC and led practice classes for
the past seven years. she has an M.A. in Human Development and Adult Ed.
and has been teaching adults for the past 26 years. Patty is a Core Team
member of PSNCC, and has led and co-led NVC workshops for the past 7 years.

Who is it for?

  Anyone who has either read Marshall's book or who has taken an
Introductory Workshop to NVC.
