   Martin Luther King Jr. stated, "You cannot have influence over those for whom you have underlying contempt." In this workshop you will learn skills to connect to your own compassion as well as to the humanity of another when their words or actions are triggering pain. Through Nonviolent Communication you can strengthen skills of building trust, clarity and connection with each other.
