We’ve all got ‘em—clients who are argumentative, demanding, vague, talk-a-holic, or many other qualities that make us dread their appointments with us. In this workshop, we’ll take a look at what makes these people tick and how we can establish balance and respect in these tricky relationships. You’ll leave with new ideas, inspiration and concrete skills for turning any difficult client into an ally.
Facilitated by CNVC Trainer Holly Michelle Eckert, a former music teacher, and independent NVC Trainer Erika Jennings, a former massage therapist and accounts receivable specialist. Between them, they have 30 years of dealing with difficult clients and transforming these relationships into mutually beneficial alliances. |
