   The class, sponsored by West Seattle Unitarian Universalists, will be on Tues. April 1 and April 15, from 7-9 pm. Come both times if you can—the second class builds on the first. $5 each night. Practice groups are available in West Seattle two nights a month as well. Call Moreah Vestan  at  (206) 938-8385 with any questions and to reserve a spot. The class will explore how feelings and needs and connecting work together. Handout provided. We’ll do demos and practice the skills learned.
