Details

Some theory and lots of practice. Nonviolent Communication has tremendous potential to renew and transform relationships as well as to positively shape our whole approach to life. This workshop gives us the chance to dig in and practice working with the principles and methods of NVC in different situations: relationship conflict, dealing with "jackal shows," self-empathy, anger issues, dealing with teens, giving appreciations, "hockey pucks," boundaries, and more. We will work with whatever situations and challenges come up for participants.

Who is it for?

everyone. No problem if you are new to NVC - Rod Davis will give a concise overview and introduction for those who need it soon after the workshop begins
