   This is a two-part class meeting Monday, Dec. 12 and Monday, Dec. 19.

The holiday season is a time when we can easily become triggered by extended family whom we don't often see at other times throughout the year.  Do you find yourself dreading the visits or trying to make them as brief as possible?  

Can you instead imagine eagerly awaiting the opportunity to connect, fully enjoy being yourself, and seeing the other person(s) in a new light?

  • Reframe the situation through self-empowerment
  • Practice staying grounded in a new sense of integrity for when the situation arises again

Who is it for?

  This is a multi-level class (basic through advanced).  The minimum requirement is that you have previously either attended an intro to NVC or have read the book Nonviolent Communication by Marshall Rosenberg.
