Radiant Relations 204: Parenting Basics Weekend

The Parenting Basics covers the same materials as the Basics course but with a focus on parenting.

In each 3-hour session, Holly teaches the concepts and demonstrates the skills within the context of the large group.  She also convenes the large group at the end of each session for debriefing, homework assignments, and closing.

Holly is joined by Erika Jennings to coach participants in the break-out portion of each session.  This one-on-one coaching leads to rapid integration of the skills introduced in the large group.  

Erika Jennings is a graduate of the Parent Peer Leadership Program through BayNVC and has studied Nonviolent Communication with Marshall Rosenberg directly at one of his 9-day Intensive International Trainings (IIT).  Over the past year she has been sharing her inspiration more formally at church, in business and to parenting groups and is excited to be working again with Holly, one of her mentors.

While the Radiant Relations Seminar Series rests fully within the consciousness of NVC, I also incorporate tools from additional modalities, including The Work of Byron Katie, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), The Secret, Voice Dialogue and Core Transformation.
