In this group people get empathy for whatever is happening in their lives or whatever issues are holding them back. They also practice accurate empathy with each other and they practice honoring their inner knowing and expressing their honesty. The process encourages an environment where a supportive community is created. NVC philosophy and principles are discussed and practiced. The group is more about living the process of NVC instead of talking about it. |
