Come join us for an exploration of the intentions behind your interest in NVC, which could include: to connect beyond judgment, putting yourself in others' shoes, finding win-win solutions, trust in innate "goodness" or in everybody's need to contribute, a value in personal transparency, a belief in positive motives behind all actions, curiosity about others' inner experience, respect for one's own experience, holding another's needs as precious as our own etc...  I also anticipate playing with how the formula could be used without NVC's intentions and ways to reconnect to self and others from there.

Erika Jennings is a graduate of BayNVC's Parent Peer Leadership Program and has five years of experience in studying and applying NVC.  She has also attended an Intensive International Training led by Marshall Rosenberg.  Erika is excited to be beginning another nine month NVC facilitator training program in January.
