Points

  • Are you ready for an intensive NVC experience? Eager to jump-start your integration of NVC skills and consciousness? Do you want to see what it's like to live NVC in a supportive community? To stretch your heart muscles and grow?
  • Join Miki Kashtan & Ingrid Bauer for BayNVC's 43rd intensive retreat, on June 8th through 13th, for 6 days of NVC immersion, with the support of students and graduates of the Leadership Program.
  • Topics in our highly acclaimed intensives include the spiritual foundation of NVC, living NVC within ourselves, in our relationships, and in the world, working with anger, and much more. Lots of practice, experiential learning, empathy groups, and a special focus for people interested in exploring teaching NVC. We are delighted to be able to offer this level of support to our community.
  • From a recent participant:  "The five-day intensive not only helped deepen my understanding of NVC, but provided me the opportunity to live it. Being immersed in a community of people committed to living NVC, I gained insights into patterns that have kept me from connecting more fully with myself and others. Coming home, I find myself being with others in a new way. I notice I am more open to their experiences, less demanding, and more interested in furthering the connection between us."
