Come embrace premature strategies with us, welcoming them for their messages to us about our needs. Just like listening to our own judgemental language and silently running the "jackal show" can get us more in tune with our needs, so can fully accepting and exploring (but not necessarily pursuing) our strategies by practicing empathy.
Holly Eckert is assisting Erika Jennings in this workshop. Erika Jennings has had five years of experience at parenting using NVC and is a recent graduate of the Parent Peer Leadership Project. |
