   This course is designed to increase the basic skills of NVC and to deepen the intention and spirit of speaking authentically from our heart and to empathically listen to one another. We will hone in on the four components- observation, feelings, needs, and requests using experiential exercises.
Class runs 5/4, 5/11, 5/18, 5/25, 6/1, 6/8
