Parenting with Heart: NVC Deepening and Practicing

The core focus in this group is to bring up (un-)conscious patterns in your parenting and the rest of life. A safe and trusting environment is created to bring forth the awareness of these habitual patterns, allow the griefing to happen and thus do the healing work.

The intention is to increase the times in which you celebrate an established heart to heart connection through compassionate communication with your child/ren, partners, friends, co-workers, etc.

Included in the practise is: giving and receiving empathy, skill enhancing exercises, awareness inspiring exercises, celebrations and more.
