Come join us to practice and experience using NVC in daily life. We will cover topics that are relevent for you in your life discovering how using NVC can transform the dynamics of all our interactions.

Some of the suggested applications may be using NVC with the family, with intimate relationships, in schools, in organizations, in the community, while shopping and while playing.

Who is it for?

Everyone is welcome. It is suggested but not required that you have attended an introduction to NVC or have read the book, Nonviolent Communication by Marshall Rosenberg. If you would like to help, some volunteer opportunities are available.

What to bring:

We suggest you bring a lunch or pre-order one below for the Saturday and Sunday workshops.
Lunches are all $8.00 and include: salad or sandwich, chips, handmade cookie bar, fresh fruit, and choice of beverage. Muffulettas are a New Orleans style sandwich featuring an olive salad spread on foccacia bread, along with fresh spinach, sliced cucumbers, roasted peppers, meats and cheeses.
