   In our time together we will explore the parts of us that frequently sabotage our relationships whether at work or home (both). It is vital we understand what is going on, why we get triggered, and verbally hijacked by ourselves.
We will be using Marshall Rosenberg's Non-Violent communication skills to delve into this problematic way of communicating. I look forward to uncovering the underlying reasons for these uncomfortable situations, providing some alternative methods for communicating more accurately, and effectively (compassionately).
