We ALL struggle in certain circumstances with how to articulate our selves clearly, without judgement, criticism, and blame. NVC offers us a new perspective/tools to help us achieve these goals! We will learn how to make a pure observation without evaluation.
It can be incredibly frustrating trying repeatedly to communicate and not being understood by those who mean the most to us.
In our time together we will explore/practice a language of feelings, needs, and true requests (not demands).
Join us for some interactive learning on how to connect at a deeper level with ourselves and others!
I am SO excited to offer this in person training!!
We will be meeting outside in the beautiful "sanctuary " of the trees.
