At the start of this series, you, the group will have an opportunity to share what you would like more of in your life; that will determine what we learn through the course of our 6 weeks together. I will focus on bringing structure and skills to support growth in understanding, learning and skill development.

I would like to start promptly at 12pm each session, so please aim to get here a little before 12.
I am excited to be hosted again by East Shore Unitarian Church, and hope to continue to learn with some of you from the last intro series, as well as new peeps who have had some exposure to NVC.

Anyone who has already had some introduction to NVC, and who wants to learn more
