   If you have reached a time in your life where deeper self connection and rich engagement with other's really matters to you, then this evening introduction to Nonviolent Communication is for you. We will explore compassionate consciousness, what it means, and how we can access it in our daily lives through the adoption of doable practices and skills.
Please join me, I am excited to be hosted again by the East Shore Unitarian Church in South Bellevue. Let's soak up connection and learning together.
