Responding to the World around you with Embodied Awareness

This training will engage your physical, emotional, linguistic, intellectual and intuitive selves. You will leave with concrete body-based tools for better awareness and increased sensitivity in how you show up and respond to life around you.

By “coming to our senses,” we can access the wisdom of the body and be more balanced and centred as we face the unknowns of life, love, and learning. This practice brings our attention more squarely into our bodies and its emotional and intuitive resources
