   Learn and practice the simple, practical, learnable, reliable tools of Nonviolent Communication.

Profoundly change your ability to listen with curiosity (instead of blame and criticism) and speak with compassion for the other person while remaining true to yourself.

Learn how to receive criticism without loss of self-esteem.

  Those with Multiple Chemical Sensitivities, and those who can support the request not to wear scented products to the classes.

Those who want to learn ways to communicate that invite everyone to be heard and to experience that what they value matters without blame or shame.
