   Join me for a day celebrating "Emotional Christmas!"

In addition to basic practice, we will also have some meditation to enhance self-connection. We will explore whatever is "up" for you at this time of year and other various topics such as: Expressing Regret, Offering appreciation, finding a personal respite amidst the Chaos,,,
