Synchronizing Emotion, Language, and Action through Meaning

There is harmony to be found in the center of every conflict and a power that is undeniably felt that leaves little to resist when words and actions arise from our common ground.
Finding our voice is both literal and metaphorical for self-expression that is honest, empathic, powerful, and compassionate. Learning to interrupt injustice without mirroring injustice and disarming violence without violence requires centering ourselves and letting the intelligence of our heart and intuition guide our actions and empower our words.

Practices for embodying NVC transform behaviors and verbal habits that no longer work for us into resources that produce an authentic presence that inspires trust.
